i) |
10+2
Examinations with Physics and
Chemistry as Compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology. |

A pass
in Diploma in Pharmacy Course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act. |

| Method
of Selection |
| candidates seeking admission are required to apper for an entrance and interview at annamalainagar on the dates to be intimated later, at their own expenses. The Selection of the candidates to the Pharm.D (Six Year Integrated)
Programme will be made on
the basis of performance of
the candidates in the qualifying
examination, entrance examination and in the interview to be held subsequently. |

| The Cost of the Application form including registration fee for admission to Pharm.D. (Six Year Integrated) programme of Study is Rs. 600/- |
| Attested Copies of the following documents should accompany the application |
| i) |
Mark lists / Grade Ceritificates of the
qualifying examination. |
| ii) |
Pass Certificate of the
qualifying examination. |
| iii) |
Passport size photograph should be affixed in the application at the appropriate space. |

Community certificate for Backward Class/ Most Backward Class / Scheduled Cast /Scheduled Tribe Candidates. |

| Application filled for one programme cannot be tansferred to another programme. |
| Submission of Application |
| The Completed application forms should be addressed to The Registrar, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar - 608 002 Tamil Nadu by designation and not by designation and not by name and should reach him on or before 10-06-2011. |
