M.Sc. ENGINEERING PROGRAMMES (FULL TIME)

Branches of Study:
1. M.Sc. (Software Engineering)
2. M.Sc. (Information Technology)

Objectives:
The aim of offering these three programmes is to develop qualified persons to the most wanted software Industries, fast coming up industries dealing with computer and communication as well to develop skillful hardware oriented persons. The curriculum has been suitably designed to achieve these goals.

Duration: Four Semesters

Eligibility for Admission:

          1. M.Sc. (Software Engineering)
          2. M.Sc. (Information Technology)

     Candidates should have passed the B.Sc. Degree Examination in Computer Science or Applied Science or Computer Technology or Information Technology or Physics or Electronics or Mathematics or Statistics or Bachelor of Computer Applications or Bachelor of Electronic Science or B.E. in Computer Science & Engg. or Electrical & Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation.

Entrance Examination:

An entrance examination and interview for all eligible M.Sc. Engg. Programme candidates will be conducted on 01-07-2011 FN at Annamalainagar centre only.

Note: These Programmes will Conducted only when sufficient number of applications are received.

N.B.:The University will send the hall-ticket to all the eligible candidates regarding the Entrance examination which is to be held on 01.07.2011. If no intimation is received, then he/ she is directed to contact the office of the Registrar one day prior to the commencement of the Entrance examinations i.e. on 30.06.2011.
