Personal Contact Programmes (Theory & Practical Classes) will be arranged in different timings throughout the year with a duration of 250 to 300 hours per year. The duration of the PCP may vary with the Programme. Practical Examination (if any) will be conducted at the end of the final Personal Contact Programme.

    A circular of details of date, venue, Compulsory attendance particulars and time for the Personal Contact Programmes to be held shall be intimated to the students with sufficient notice, in order to enable them to make necessary arrangement for attending the programmes.

PCP Attendance Regulation

    (i) No student shall be permitted to take the examination if he/she fails to satisfy the minimum requirement of attendance at the compulsory Personal Contact Programme.

    (ii) If he/she takes the examination without attending the Compulsory Personal Contact Programme, the result of examination shall be cancelled.
