Note:
- Students should remit the fees within the due dates noted against each and no separate intimation will be sent individually. Those who fail to remit the tuition fees on or before the last date will be charged a fine of Rs. 200/- per instalment after the due date.
- Students are informed that their Examination Application Forms will be registered only if they have remitted the tuition fees in full within the prescribed time.
- The lessons for 2nd and 3rd year will be sent to the students only after receipt of 1st instalment of Tuition Fee for the 2nd and 3rd year within the dates mentioned below.
- Those who have discontinued the programme but want to continue the same programme later must pay the tuition fees at the existing fee prescribed along with the re-admission fee of Rs. 200/- and late fee of Rs. 200/- per instalment of fees in the form of Demand Draft.
- Those who have obtained discontinued T.C. of the programme from the Directorate will be re-admitted if they submit the discontinued original Transfer Certificate of this Directorate.
- Additional fine of Rs. 500/- will be imposed to the students who have completed full duration of programme but not paid the tuition fees fully.
- Those who apply for Migration Certificate/Duplicate Mark-list/Consolidated Mark-list have to pay the prescribed fee to the Controller of Examinations.
- Readmissions will be made only at Annamalainagar.
