The Padmanabhan Educational Trust was founded by
Mr. B. Padmanabhan, his object of impairing high standard of education to the rural children; the trust is located at Srimushnam a mid way between vridhachalam and Chidambaram road.
Thiru B. Padmanadhan, the Chairman of the trust is assisted by the governing and advisory councils in matters of policy, mission, development and planning for the continual improvements in imparting higher education. Mr. B. P. Prakash, a young and dynamic person is the secretary of the institutions.
The trust lays stress in giving quality education and high degree of discipline to the students. The B.P.J. College of Arts and Science College is affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University is well equipped with all the needed facilities and equipments. The college is an ISO 9001:2008 certified institution.
The twinning programme which is a joint venture of Annamalai University and the college is yet another landmark towards education of high quality. B.P.J. College of Arts and Science is also fast emerging as a hot spot for the socially, educationally and economically backward students on the rural educational area of Srimushnam and Kattumannar Koil Taluk.
