80% of attendance at these programmes is compulsory. Attendance certificate will be issued at the end of the programme. Only those students who have attended the personal contact programme are eligible to sit for the examination.
Under the Advocates Act 1961 and Rules framed thereunder by the Bar Council of India, the holder of a B.A.L., B.B.L., and B.G.L., degree is not eligible for enrolment as an advocate.
