| Transfer Certificate |
This University's Transfer Certificate will be issued by the Director, Directorate of Distance Education only, on
request by students who have completed/discontinued their programme of study and who do not have any arrears
of fee. The issue of Transfer Certificate is not a bar for writing the examinations of the programme concerned, if
otherwise eligible.
Those who require the Migration Certificate should apply to the Controller of Examinations, Annamalai
University enclosing a demand draft for Rs. 140/- in favour of Controller of Examinations, Annamalai University,
payable at Chennai.
Candidates who have lost their Transfer Certificate issued by the Directorate can obtain a duplicate Transfer
Certificate by sending a requisition letter to the Director along with a demand draft for Rs. 300/- and a Certificate
from a Gazetted Officer stating that the Original Certificate has been lost irrecoverably.
i) Mention your Enrolment Number in all your correspondences.
ii) Information regarding Tuition fee, Re-admission fee, Change of programme/name/centre, Transfer
Certificate, Bonafide Certificate, the Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Director, Directorate of Distance
Education, Annamalai University.
iii) For Examination fees, Convocation fees, Mark list, Provisional and Migration Certificates, write to the
Controller of Examinations with the prescribed fees drawn in favour of the Controller of Examinations and
not to the Director.
iv) Regarding programme of study, Personal Contact Program etc., address to the Director and for
Examinations to the Controller of Examinations, Annamalai University.
v) Directorate has no agents / tutorials. Contact our Study Centres / The NIS Academy Centre or
Correspond directly to the Directorate. |

| All payment to be made by Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Director, Directorate of Distance
Education, Annamalai University payable at Chennai Service Branch. Any other transaction will lead to cancellation of
admission. |
