| Transfer
Certificate |
This University's
transfer certificate will
be issued by the Director,
Directorate of Distance Education
only on request by students
who have completed / discontinued
their programme of study and
who do not have any arrears
of fee. The issue of Transfer
Certificate is not a bar for
writing the examination of
the programme concerned, if
otherwise eligible.
Candidate who have lost their
Transfer Certificate issued
by the Directorate can obtain
a duplicate Transfer Certificate
by sending a requisition letter
to the Director along with
a Demand Draft for Rs. 300/-
and a Certificate from a Gazetted
Officer stating that the Original
Certificate has been lost
irrecoverably. |

Instructions |
1. Mention
your Enrolment Number in all
your correspondences.
2. Information regarding
Tuition fee, Re-admission
fee, change of programme/name/
centre, Transfer Certificate,
Bonafide Certificate the Demand Draft
drawn in favour of the Director,
Directorate of Distance Education,
Annamalai University.
3. For Examination fees,
Convocation fees, Mark list,
Provisional and Migration
Certificates, write to the
Controller of Examinations with the prescribed
fees drawn in favour of the
Controller of Examinations
and not to the Director.
4. Regarding programme
of study, Personal Contact
Programmes etc., address to
the Director and for Examinations
to the Controller of Examinations,
Annamalai University.
5. Directorate has no
agents/tutorials. Contact
our Study Centres/Global Retail
School centres or Correspond
directly to the Directorate. |
SPECIAL INSTRUCTION
All payments to be made by Demand Draft
drawn in favour of the Director,
Directorate of Distance Education,
Annamalai University. Any other transaction will lead to cancellation of admission.

| CERTIFICATION |
| A
special certificate under
the signature of the Director,
Directorate of Distance Education
will be issued to all the
passed out candidates, clearly
mentioning therein that he/she
has attended regular theory
and practical classes / Personal
Contact Programmes at the
PCP centre. |
