| A. STUDY
CENTRES |
The Directorate has Study Centres at various places (as in Annexure – I) to serve the distance learners enrolled with the Directorate.

for all the Study
Centres are as

Holidays:
The Second Monday of every month and all Tuesdays and Public Holidays are holidays for the Study Centres / Information Centres except at Annamalainagar. However, admission applications are available and spot admissions are conducted even on holidays.

| B) INFORMATION CENTRES |
| The Directorate has also Information Centres at various places (as in Annexure – II) for counselling the aspiring students to choose suitable programmes and for sale of applications.
Spot Admissions are also made in selective centres noted as in Annexure – II.
The working hours for Information Centres are same as the Study Centres during week days and Sundays. |
| GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL |
Students who have genuine grievances are advised to write to the Director, Grievance Redressal Cell, Directorate of Distance Education giving their Name, Enrolment Number, Programme of Study etc., in the format provided in the Prospectus for speedy redressal. |
